Can you combine multiple photos into one painting?
Yes! Just send me the photos you have, and I’ll see what I can do. I’m happy to bring together different elements from each photo to create one special piece.
Can I request changes once you’ve started painting?
Sometimes – depending on how far along I am. Because of the layered style I use, it’s not always possible to make major changes once I’ve started, but I’ll always do my best if something needs adjusting.
Do you offer digital versions or prints?
Yes, both are available for an extra cost. Just let me know when you order if you’d like a digital version or a printed copy alongside your original.
Can I see a sketch before you start the final painting?
Yes – I usually send a photo of the sketch before painting for your approval. If you’d like to see it, just let me know and I’ll make sure you’re happy with it before I begin.
Is gift wrapping included?
Yes! All paintings come gift wrapped as standard. If your order is a gift, I can also include a handwritten message – just let me know what you’d like it to say.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All orders are wrapped in my pretty pink packaging and sent with care. I typically use Royal Mail for most parcels, but for larger pieces I may use Evri to make sure your artwork arrives safely. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If you need your item by a specific date, feel free to let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.
International Shipping
I’m happy to ship internationally! Please note that additional costs may apply, depending on your location and parcel size. Feel free to message me before ordering for a quote or estimated delivery time.
Turnaround Time
As each piece is handmade and personalised, please allow around 3–4 weeks for your painting to be completed. I always try to work as quickly as possible without compromising on quality – if you have a specific deadline in mind, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.
Returns
As each painting is custom-made and created especially for you, returns are not accepted on personalised or commissioned items. If there’s an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days and I’ll do my best to make it right.
